The Maryland Rules are available online by LexisNexis (Michie's Legal Resources). To locate the Maryland Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct, first click on the above LexisNexis link, then click on the Maryland Rules folder to expand the contents (see image below left). Scroll down and click on the second Maryland Rules folder to further expand the contents (see image below right). Scroll down and click on the Appendix: The Maryland Lawyers' Rules of Professional Conduct.
