IN THE COURT OF APPEALS OF MARYLAND Annapolis, Maryland The Court
will hold an open meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 2005, at 2:00 p.m.
in the Court of Appeals’ Conference Room, 4th Floor, Robert C. Murphy
Courts of Appeal Building, to consider proposed changes to the Rules Governing
Admission to the Bar of Maryland, Rules 1, 7 and 8, for the purpose of
adding the Multistate Performance Test as a component of the Maryland
bar examination and to rescind the authority of the State Board of Law
Examiners to recognize an applicant’s Multistate Bar Examination
(MBE) score from a prior examination in calculating an applicant’s
score for a current bar examination. |
