Dockets Calendar and Caseflow Management Office (CCMO) The Honorable Diane O. Leasure, Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court for Howard County, created the Calendar and Caseflow Management Office (“CCMO”) in coordination with the assistance of Court Administration in September 2006. The CCMO serves as the central point of information regarding case assignment, caseflow and Judges’ and Masters’ calendars. In addition, the CCMO is responsible for the Court's dockets. Effective May 2007, the CCMO began assignment of court dates for all Civil, Domestic, and Juvenile Judge events heard in the Circuit Court for Howard County. The CCMO assumed responsibility for scheduling the Masters' dockets in November 2006. Daily Dockets Dockets are posted each weekday afternoon by 3:00 p.m. and list the cases to be heard in the Howard County Circuit Court during the following court day. Every effort is made to ensure that the docket is up to date, however, last minute changes to the docket may occur.
