COUNTY TRANSFER TAX: .5% of the Purchase Price ($30,000.00 exemption if owner-occupied)

No surcharge for: Notice of Sale...Financing Statements, Power of Attorney...Plats and/or 
documents filed in Homeowner's Association Docket.
