Applications for Notary Public Commission can be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Queen Anne's County. You may also download an application at the Secretary of State's web site.  Once your application has been submitted and approved, you will be notified to appear before the Clerk of the Circuit Court to take the oath of office and receive your Notary Commission.  For more information on becoming a notary public, please visit the Secretary of State's web site.
