Most juvenile proceedings are held in the Somerset County Circuit Court Annex located at 11774 Somerset Avenue in Princess Anne.

In addition to hearing cases involving children who have been neglected or are delinquent, the court master handles cases involving children who have been referred to the court's truancy program or drug treatment program.
