If you would like one mailed to your home contact Sen. Richard Colbourne's Office at (410) 819-3337 or (410) 228-1137. Once your application has been submitted and approved by the Secretary of State, you will be notified to appear before the Clerk of the Circuit Court to take the oath of office and receive your Notary Commission.
