What’s a payable traffic ticket?
You have a payable traffic violation when the officer checks “This is a payable citation” on your traffic ticket. Examples include speeding, failure to obey a traffic signal or sign, or failure to stop for a school bus. All payable traffic violations for which no incarceration/jail time is required are covered under the new law.
