during April, May and June in
District Court of Maryland Day of Trial ADR Programs

District Court of Maryland Summer ADR Interns
Summer ADR Interns will be scheduled to observe Day of Trial
ADR practitioners between May 15,2008- August 1, 2008.

Participant Evaluation Forms
Revised, double-sided, yellow Participant Evaluation forms will be
distributed in the packet of ADR forms this summer.

As a best practice include in your "opening" (when explaining the
ADR process and the Agreement to Participate) that you will ask
the participants to complete an evaluation form at the end of the
session, regardless of whether the dispute is resolved.
