ADR Volunteer Schedule
3rd Quarter: July, August and September
Please reconcile dates you provided as your availability
against the dates you are actually scheduled to volunteer.
Participant Evaluation Forms
Revised, double-sided, yellow Participant Evaluation forms will be
distributed in the packet of ADR forms this summer.
As a best practice include in your "opening" (when explaining the
ADR process and the Agreement to Participate) that you will ask
the participants to complete an evaluation form at the end of the
session, regardless of whether the dispute is resolved.
