ADR
Volunteer Minimum Eligibility Requirements
To qualify as District Court of Maryland Mediator:
• At least 18 years of age;
• Bachelors degree; and
• 40-hour basic mediation skills training in a Maryland approved training
program.
To qualify as a District Court of Maryland
Settlement Conference Facilitator:
• Juris Doctor Degree or specialized knowledge;
• A member in good standing of the Maryland Bar; and
• 8-hours of settlement conference facilitation training in a Maryland
approved training program.
