Provides legal assistance to victims
of domestic violence.

Law Assistance
Lawyers are available in the Circuit
Court on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The lawyers are able to offer a free consultation
on how to represent yourself and complete forms for domestic issues.
You must have limited income to qualify for services. No appointment

Family Law
Case Coordinator
The coordinator is available Monday
through Friday to answer general questions and help clarify how domestic
cases proceed through the court system. However, the Coordinator cannot
answer any legal questions or give legal advice.

Child Support Enforcement Office
Offers assistance in obtaining child
support or enforcing an existing child support order. This office also
provides assistance in searching for the other parent, legally establishing
paternity, collecting support payment and reviewing or adjusting a court
order.

Provides a thirty (30) minute consultation
