Print a copy of the completed application and MAIL it to the address indicated on the job announcement. Do not return the Judiciary Employment Application by e-mail. Original signatures are required on the Judiciary Employment Application so it cannot be accepted by e-mail.
    There is a separate Employment Application - DCA-089 (PDF) for District Court Commissioner positions only. If you are applying for a Commissioner position, complete the application and MAIL it to the address indicated on the job announcement.
