W. Wilson's version of "Index To Legal Periodicals" now includes the ability to listen to many articles. Their ReadSpeaker tool converts the databases' HTML full-text articles into MP3 audio files. You can pick a male or female voice. The quality is good. It does read the abbreviation "No." as the word "No" but overall the voice quality is quite good. The price is unchanged at 25 cents per page.
