Access Policy: This library is open to the general public with Court approval. Those who wish to use the library must obtain an application form from the Librarian that will be submitted to the Library Judge for Court approval.

Tips on Finding Parking: There is free parking in a lot approximately 1/2 a block from the Courthouse.
Security or Identification Requirements: Library patrons must pass through a metal detector before entering. Bags and briefcases will be searched by Bailiff.
