The Maryland Judiciary recently created the Maryland Access to Justice Commission to make and implement recommendations to expand access to the state’s civil justice system. The Commission hopes to enhance the quality of justice in civil legal matters for persons who encounter barriers when dealing with the courts or trying to solve a legal problem.
