Taking, recording or transmitting photographs, videos or other images in this courthouse is prohibited, as is the use of a cell phone or other electronic device in a manner that interferes with court proceedings or the work of court personnel.  No device may be used to record or transmit images or sound in a courtroom.

Court and Security personnel may confiscate an electronic device that is used in violation of this Rule, without liability for loss or damage to the device.

An individual who willfully violates the Rule may be found in contempt of court and sanctioned by the court.
