All requests for transcripts and/or digital recordings must be made to the court reporter assigned to the judge who presided over the hearing. To make a request, you must know the name of the judge who presided, the case number and date(s) of the hearing. You can obtain this information by reviewing the case history on the Maryland Judiciary’s case records website. All requests for transcripts and/or digital recordings must be made in writing using the forms below.

Note: All appeals require an original and one copy for each party. You must indicate on the form if this is an appeal, and you must properly file the original transcript with the Clerk’s office.
