(BALTIMORE, MD – June 29, 2006) State of Maryland v. Policarpio Espinoza Perez and Adan Espinoza Canela is set to begin in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City with jury selection Friday, June 30, 2006. Retired Judge David B. Mitchell will be presiding.
