(Annapolis, MD – Dec. 30, 2008) The Maryland Court of Appeals today unanimously approved amendments to Rule 16-104 (Judicial Leave) to reduce judges’ annual leave from 27 days to 22 days for Calendar Year 2009, due to the state’s current fiscal crisis.
