Court Instructions for Motion for New Trial Hearing Scheduled for January 6, 2010
(BALTIMORE – Dec. 30, 2009) Five of the jurors (Numbers 3, 6, 8, 11 and 12) have been asked to appear at the hearing on the Motion for New Trial on Jan. 6, 2010. The court has instructed these jurors not to discuss the Dixon trial with anyone until that hearing, including media representatives.
The court requests that the jurors not be approached or interviewed until after the hearing on Jan. 6, 2010.
