To report the death of an attorney to the Supreme Court, please submit a copy of the attorney’s obituary or death certificate to SupremeCourtClerk@mdcourts.gov, or by mail to:

Upon receipt of this information, the attorney’s status will be updated on the Supreme Court’s official roll of attorneys. In addition, the Client Protection Fund and the Maryland State Bar Association will receive notification of the change in attorney status.
