In this topic, you will report time on a punch timesheet that includes 2 hours of overtime that is assigned to a project and activity code.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 41NOTE: Overtime can be entered as Punch time using the In and Out fields OR as a quantity of hours using the Quantity field.
If entering overtime as Punch time, the In punch must be 1 minute after the previous Out punch. In this example, 1 hour of Punch time will be entered as 5:01pm to 6:00pm. The system will automatically calculate the full hour.
If entering overtime as a quantity, simply enter the number of overtime hours worked into the Quantity field.

Step 43If the overtime is related to a project, the employee would select a Project and Activity ID.
