Recording the Final Interview Recommendation

In this topic, the Hiring Manager completes the Final Interview Recommendation. 

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. Enter "david.warnick" into the User ID field.

   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. Enter "welcome1" into the Password field.

   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Recruiting menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Search Applications menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Search My Applicants checkbox to deselect.

   Step 9

10. Click in the Last Name field.

    Step 10

11. Enter "Baezer" into the Last Name field.

    Step 11

12. Click the Search button.

    Step 12

13. Click the Manage Interviews button.

    Step 13

14. Click the Final Recommendation drop-down list.

    Step 14

15. Click the 020 Make Offer list item.

    Step 15

16. Click the Save button.

    Step 16

17. Click the Home link.

    Step 17

18. Click the Sign out link.
