Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 16Click the Family and Medical Leave Act list item.
Step 17Click the Absence Name drop-down list.
Step 18Click the FMLA Take list item.
Step 19Click the Absence Reason drop-down list.
Step 20Click the Rehab list item.
Step 21Click the FMLA Eligibility link.
Step 22Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 23Double-click in the Date Change Will Take Effect field.
Step 24To clear the field,
Press [Backspace].
Step 25Click the Validate Sections button.
Step 27Click the OK button.
Step 28Click the Return to Extended Absence Request link.
Step 29At this point, you can save or submit the request. A saved request will not be submitted for approval and can still be edited.
Step 30Click the Save for Later button.
Step 31Click the OK button.
Step 32Notice the status indicating this request has been saved, not submitted.
Step 33Click the Submit button.
Step 34Click the Yes button.
Step 35Click the OK button.
Step 36Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 37The status indicates the request has now been submitted and the approval is pending.
