12_21_15_Searching & Comparing Profiles - Find Jobs that Fit my Qualifications

In this topic, you will search for job profiles that match your personal profile.

Steps:

1. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 1

2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

   Step 2

3. Click the Self Service menu.

   Step 3

4. Click the Learning and Development menu.

   Step 4

5. Click the Search and Compare Profiles menu.

   Step 5

6. Click the Find jobs that fit my qualifications link.

   Step 6

7. Notice the score of 66. This indicates there is not a 100% match between your profile and the job profile for Judiciary Clerk.

    

   In order for a job profile to be displayed, your personal profile must match the job profile on at least 1 attribute.

   Step 7

8. Click the Judiciary Clerk link.

   Step 8

9. Click the Qualifications tab.

   Step 9

10. Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.

    Step 10

11. Click the Home link.

    Step 11

12. Click the Sign out link.

    Step 12
