Enter Prior Work Experience


Steps:

  1. Click the Main Menu button.

  2. Click the HCM Systems menu.

  3. Click the Self Service menu.

  4. Click the Personal Information menu.

  5. Click the Prior Work Experience menu.

    Step 5
  6. Your earliest work experience should be entered first.  As you can see, the Sequence Number is '1'.

  7. Click in the Start Date field.

     into the Start Date field.

  27. Check the Relevant Work Experience box only if the prior work experience is relevant to the position you now hold.

  31. You can see the Sequence Number has changed to '2'.

     

    Also, you can see that the Years of work experience has changed to 5.  If you do not check the 'Relevant Work Experience' box, the Years of Work Experience will not count that prior work.

    Notice the correct order of the work experience.

  69. If this position was part time, this is where you would enter this information.  There is no place to indicate part time on the Prior Work Experience page.

     

    Please note that any changes made to this page WILL NOT transfer to the Prior Work Experience page.
