In this topic, you will request time off from your timesheet for a past date and forecast the balance.
Steps:
Click in the My HR field.
Step 1Click the Timesheet link.
Step 2All leave requests for a past date will be submitted on your timesheet; not through the Request Absence page.
Step 3Notice in this example, the current date is 06/15/2016.
Step 4You can submit an absence event up to 6 weeks in the past or 3 pay periods.
Step 5If applicable, you can click the Previous Period link to navigate back to the prior time reporting period.
For this example however, you will enter your absence event for 06/30 which is in the past but still within the current time reporting period.
Click the Previous Week link.
Step 6Click the Previous Week link.
Step 7Click the Previous Week link.
Step 8Click in the Absence field.
Step 9Click the Add Absence Event button.
Step 10Click the Choose a date button.
Step 11Click the 26 link.
Step 12Click the Absence Name list item.
Step 13Click the Absence Name list item.
Step 14Click the Reason list item.
Step 15Click the Annual Leave list item.
Step 16Click the Details link.
Step 17Click the Calculate End Date or Duration button.
Step 18Click the vertical scrollbar.
Step 19Click the OK button.
Step 20Click the horizontal scrollbar.
Step 21Click the Forecast button.
Step 22Click the Yes button.
Step 23Click the Submit button.
Step 24Click the OK button.
Step 25Click the OK button.
Step 26Click the Home link.
