In this topic, you will enter time using the punch timesheet.
Steps:
Click the My HR tab.
Step 1Click the Timesheet link.
Step 2Punch timesheets require you to record your Ins, Outs, and Lunches for each day worked during the weekly reporting period.
Step 3Click in the In field.
Step 4Click in the Lunch field.
Step 6Click in the In field.
Step 8Click in the Out field.
Step 10Click the Time Reporting Code drop-down list.
Step 12Click the 01 REG - Regular Time list item.
Step 13Do the same steps for the rest of the week.
Step 14Click the 01 REG - Regular Time list item.
Step 15At any time during the reporting period, you can enter your time and click "Save for Later".
This allows you to record your time throughout the week before you submit it on Tuesday.
Step 16Timesheets are due by noon on Tuesdays.
Click the Submit button to submit your timesheet for approval.
Step 17Click the OK button.
Step 18Click the OK button.
Step 19The Reported Status on your timesheet should display "Needs Approval" if it was submitted successfully.
This is your indication that your time has been routed to your approver.
Step 20Review your Reported Hours for accuracy.
Step 21Click the Home link.
Step 22Click the Sign out link.
Step 23You have completed reporting time using the punch timesheet.
