06_20_16_Report Time - Punch Timesheet


Concept

In this topic, you will enter time using the punch timesheet.


Steps:

  1. Click the My HR tab.

  2. Click the Timesheet link.

  3. Punch timesheets require you to record your Ins, Outs, and Lunches for each day worked during the weekly reporting period.

  4. Click in the In field.

     into the In field.

  6. Click in the Lunch field.

     into the Lunch field.

  12. Click the Time Reporting Code drop-down list.

  13. Click the 01 REG - Regular Time list item.

  14. Do the same steps for the rest of the week.

  15. Click the 01 REG - Regular Time list item.

  16. At any time during the reporting period, you can enter your time and click "Save for Later".

     

    This allows you to record your time throughout the week before you submit it on Tuesday.

  17. Timesheets are due by noon on Tuesdays.

     

    Click the Submit button to submit your timesheet for approval.

  20. The Reported Status on your timesheet should display "Needs Approval" if it was submitted successfully.

     

    This is your indication that your time has been routed to your approver.

  21. Review your Reported Hours for accuracy.

You have completed reporting time using the punch timesheet.
