In this topic, you will view and update your personal information from the Personal Information Summary page.
Steps:
Click the My HR tab.
Step 1Click the Personal Information Summary Link link.
Step 2Use the Personal Information Summary page to view and update personal information such as:
• Address
• Phone Number
• Emergency Contacts
• Email Address
• Marital Status
• Ethnic Group
Step 3Click the Change Home/Mailing Addresses button.

Step 5You have the ability to add a new address or edit an existing address.
Step 6Click the Edit button to edit the current home address.
Step 7Click in the Address 1 field.
Step 8Press [Backspace] to delete 123 Main St.
Step 9Enter "948 Beverly Hills Blvd." into the Address 1 field.
Step 10Click the Save button.
Step 11Click the OK button.
Step 12Notice the address reflects the changes that were just entered.
Step 13Click the Address Type drop-down list.
Step 14Click the Mail list item.
Step 15Click the Add button.
Step 16Click in the Address 1 field.
Step 17Enter "P.O. Box 90210" into the Address 1 field.
Step 18Click in the City field.
Step 19Enter "Annapolis" into the City field.
Step 20Click in the State field.
Step 21Enter "MD" into the State field.
Step 22Click in the Postal field.
Step 23Enter "21401" into the Postal field.
Step 24Click the Save button.
Step 25Note the message indicating the update was successful.
Step 26Click the OK button.
Step 27Notice you have updated an existing address and added a mailing address.
Step 28Click the Return to Personal Information link.
Step 29Click the Vertical Scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 30Click the Change Email Addresses button.
Step 31Business email address can not be updated.
Step 32Click the Add Email Address button.
Step 33Click the Email Type drop-down list.
Step 34Click the Home list item.
Step 35Click in the Email Address field.
Step 36Click the Save button.
Step 38Click the OK button.
Step 39Click the Return to Personal Information link.
Step 40Click the Vertical Scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 41Click the Change Emergency Contacts button.
Step 42Click the Add Emergency Contact button.
Step 43Click in the Contact Name field.
Step 44Enter "Jennifer Garner" into the Contact Name field.
Step 45Click the Relationship to Employee drop-down list.
Step 46Click the Spouse list item.
Step 47Click the Contact has the same address as the employee option.
Step 48Click in the Telephone field.
Step 49Enter "4102402797" into the Telephone field.
Step 50Click the Save button.
Step 51Click the OK button.
Step 52Notice Jennifer Garner has been added as an emergency contact.
Step 53Click the Primary Contact option.
Step 54Click the Save button.
Step 55Click the OK button.
Step 56Click the Return to Personal Information link.
Step 57Click the Vertical Scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 58Click the Change Ethnic Groups button.
Step 59Click the Add an Ethnic Group button.
Step 60Click the Description drop-down list.
Step 61Click the White list item.
Step 62Click the Save button.
Step 63Click the OK button.
Step 64Click the Return to Personal Information link.
Step 65The changes made to your address, emergency contacts, email address, and ethnic groups are now reflected in your Personal Information Summary.
Step 66Click the Vertical Scrollbar to scroll down the page.
Step 67View the details to ensure the updates are complete and accurate.
Step 68You have completed updating your personal information.
Click the Home link.
Step 69Click the Sign out link.
