Payroll processing alternates each week between 'Regular' employees and 'Contractual' employees. As a result, your previous days' timesheets will be unavailable on Wednesday and Thursday every other week as it corresponds to your payroll processing period. When your timesheet is locked, a message will appear on the timesheet and you will not be able to enter time for a past date. During this period, you can continue to enter time for the current day or future days. Timesheets will be unlocked Friday morning.

If you do not see the message indicating your timesheet is unavailable for adjustments/entry, your timesheet will be available for normal entry and adjustments.
