In this topic, you will view your position on an organizational chart and view your direct and indirect reporting structure.
Steps:
Click the Company Directory tab.
Step 1The Organizational Chart shows your direct-line reports. By default, your square in the chart is highlighted.
Step 2Click the minus "-" button to zoom out on the organizational chart.
Step 3Notice the chart got smaller. You can continue to zoom out to get a more complete view of the chart.
Step 4Click the "Right" arrow to view the right side of the organizational chart.
Step 5Click the "Left" arrow to view the left side of the organizational chart.
Step 6Click the "Initial Point" button to return to the center of the organizational chart.
Step 7You can view your profile information and HR data from the Profile tab.
Alternatively, you can view other direct line report's profile and HR data by selecting a different name in the organizational chart.
Click the Profile tab
Step 8In the Profile section you can see the Contact Information for the employee. This includes the Job Title, Location, Work Phone, Email, and Positon number.
Step 9The HR Details section below, shows the Department, Reports To manager, Peers, Direct Reports, Job Family, Job Function, and if the position is Regular or Temporary.
Step 10Click the Org Chart tab to return to the organizational chart.
Step 11To view the direct-line reports for another person, click the Org Chart link in the box for the desired individual.
Step 12View the organizational structure for Tammy Sitar.
Step 13You have the option to download the organizational chart detail information you are viewing as an Excel file.
Step 14Another view is the List View.
Click the List link.
Step 15In the List View the Company Directory is displayed in a grid with [+] or [-] buttons (to expand and collapse) next to employees with direct reports.
Step 16Click the Expand graphic.
Step 17Click the Expand graphic.
Step 18Click the Chart link.
Step 19Click the Home link.
Step 20Click the Sign out link.
