In this topic, you will learn how to send an ad-hoc email from CONNECT to a learning administrator or the AOC Education Division.
Steps:
Click the Learning Dashboard tab.
Step 1Click the My Learning link.
Step 2Anywhere you see "Contact Us" in the CONNECT Learning System, you can click the link to send an email to the MD Courts Education Division.
Step 3Click the Contact Us link.
Step 4Notice Outlook opens with the Education Division email address automatically populated.
Step 5Compose your email to the Education Division by entering a Subject and the contents of the email as desired.
Step 6In this example, you will not actually send the email.
Click the Close button.
Step 7Click the No button.
Step 8Click the Being Calm and Clear -- Mindfulness in Work and Play link.
Step 9If you prefer to contact a specific Learning Administrator as opposed to contacting the Education Division, you can click the Contact name on the Class Progress page.
Step 10Click the Jimmy Partin link.
Step 11Notice Jimmy's email automatically populated in the "To" field.
Step 12Click the Close button.
Step 13Click the No button.
Step 14Click the Home link.
Step 15Click the Sign out link.
