12_21_15_Monitoring Certification Status & Registering for a Recertification Program

In this topic, you will view the expiration details for a current certification and register for the recertification program.

Steps:

1. Click the Learning Dashboard tab.

   Step 1

2. Click the My Learning link.

   Step 2

3. The status of the certification program is listed under My Certification Status.

    

   Click the Program Name link to access the program page where you can review detailed information about what is required to complete

   the program.

   Step 3

4. The Status column displays the current status for the program. In this example, the program is in Warning status. 

   Step 4

5. The Status Date column lists the date on which the current status took effect.

   Step 5

6. Click the Recertify link.

   Step 6

7. Click the Register button.

   Step 7

8. Click the Submit Registration button.

   Step 8

9. Click the My Learning link.

   Step 9

10. Notice you are now registered for Handgun Use and Safety Certification-2015.

    Step 10

11. Click the Home link.

    Step 11

12. Click the Sign out link.

    Step 12
