Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 8Click the Performance Documents menu.
Step 9Click the Create Documents menu.
Step 10Click in the As Of Date field.
Step 11Press [Backspace].
Step 12Click the Refresh Employees button.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to navigate down the page.
Step 15Click the check box for NICOLE EDWARDS.
Step 16Click the Continue button.
Step 17Click in the Period Begin Date field.
Step 18Click in the Period End Date field.
Step 20Click the Document Type drop-down list.
Step 22Click the Performance Improvement Plan list item.
Step 23Click the Template drop-down list.
Step 24Click the Performance Improvement Plan list item.
