Click in the User ID field.

Step 9Click the Add a New Value tab.

Step 13Click in the Course Code field.
Step 15Click in the Description field.
Step 17Click the Approval Type drop-down list.
Step 19Click the Internal-Mgr External-None list item.
Step 20Click the Security link.
Step 21Click the Add Learner Group Security link.
Step 22Click the Learner Group Prompt button.
Step 23Click the All Judiciary Employees link.
Step 24Click the Done button.
Step 25Click the Attributes tab.
Step 26Always add a Category to a Course. This makes it easier for learners when searching the learning catalog.
