In this topic, you will add a Financial Disclosure to one of your team member's personal profile.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Manager Self Service menu.
Step 7Click the Learning and Development menu.
Step 8Click the Current Team Profiles menu.
Step 9Click the Select button for James Lough.
Step 10Click the Qualifications tab.
Step 11Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 12Click the Add New Licenses and Certifications link.
Step 13After your employee has completed their financial disclosure, enter the following information into the license/certification fields:
• License
• Country
• State
• Expiration Date
• Financial Disclosure Number
• Issued by
Step 14Click in the License field.
Step 15Click in the Country field.
Step 17Click in the State field.
Step 19Click in the Expiration Date field.
Step 21Press [Backspace].
Step 22Click in the License/Certification Number field.
Step 24Click in the Issued By field.
Step 26Click the OK button.
Step 28Click the Save button.
Step 29Click the Submit button.
Step 30Note: Since you are the approving manager, the profile update was automatically approved once it was submitted.
Step 31Click the OK button.
Step 32Click the Home link.
Step 33Click the Sign out link.
