In this topic we will demonstrate how to report 40 regular hours using an elapsed timesheet.
Steps:
Click the Sign In button.
Step 1Click the My HR tab.
Step 2Click the Timesheet link.
Step 3Click in the Wed field.
Step 4Click in the Thu field.
Step 6Click in the Fri field.
Step 8Click in the Mon field.
Step 10Click in the Tue field.
Step 12Click the Time Reporting Code drop-down list.
Step 14Click the 01 REG - Regular Time list item.
Step 15Click the Submit button.
Step 16Click the OK button.
Step 17Click the OK button.
Step 18In the Reported Time Status tab you can view the status of your submitted time. After you submit your timesheet the status should be "Needs Approval".
The status will change to Approved, Denied, or Push Back after manager review. A status of "Pushed Back" will require your attention to make corrections and resubmit the timesheet.
Step 19Comments may be included for each of time entry dates as a communication tool between employee and manager.
Step 20You have completed the elapsed timesheet entry.
Click the Home link.
Step 21Click the Sign out link.
