Run the Execute Mass Updates

In this topic you will go through the steps for running the execute mass updates.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "patricia.tummer"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Workforce Administration menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Collective Processes menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Mass Update menu.

   Step 9

10. Click the Execute Mass Updates menu.

    Step 10

11. Click the Add a New Value tab.

    Step 11

12. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "MASS_UPDATE"
     into the Run Control ID field.
    Step 12

13. Click the Add button.

    Step 13

14. Click in the Mass Update ID field.

    Step 14

15. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "LEAPYEARCHG"
     into the Mass Update ID field.
    Step 15

16. Click the Run button.

    Step 16

17. Click the Server Name drop-down list.

    Step 17

18. Click the PSUNX list item.

    Step 18

19. Click the OK button.

    Step 19

20. Click the Process Monitor link.

    Step 20

21. Click the Refresh button.

    Step 21

22. Click the Home link.

    Step 22

23. Click the Sign out link.
