Verifying Members of a Learner Group

In this topic, you will search a learner group to verify that a specific learner is in that learner group.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "james.davis"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Learner Groups menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Maintain Learner Groups menu.

   Step 9

10. Click in the Learner Group Name field.

    Step 10

11. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "Test"
     into the Learner Group Name field.
    Step 11

12. Click the Search button.

    Step 12

13. Click the Test Group link.

    Step 13

14. Click the Group tab.

    Step 14

15. Use the Search for Learner field to verify that a learner is a member of a specific learner group.

    Step 15

16. Click in the Search For Learner field.

    Step 16

17. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "Jerry Palmer"
     into the Search For Learner field.
    Step 17

18. Click the Go button.

    Step 18

19. Click the JERRY PALMER link.

    Step 19

20. Clicking the learner's name link displays the learner's profile information.

21. Click the Close button.

22. Click the Save link.

23. Click the Home link.

    Step 23

24. Click the Sign out link.
