Managing a Certification Roster and Updating a Registration Status


Concept

In this topic, you will update a registration status to expired.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "james.davis"
     into the User ID field.

  3. Click in the Password field.

  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

  8. Click the Learner Tasks menu.

  9. Click the Administer Program Rosters menu.

  10. Click the Type drop-down list.

  11. Click the Certifications list item.

  12. Click the Search button.

  14. The View Certification Roster page displays details about the program and the program roster.

  15. Click the checkbox for JAMES CARPENTER.

  16. Click the New Status drop-down list.

  18. After selecting a New Status, the status details page displays and allows you to enter details about the new status.

  19. Click the Reason Code drop-down list.

     "Employee Did not register for recert class"
     into the Comments field.
