Steps:
Click in the User ID field.

Step 7Click the drop-down list for months.
Step 8Click the December list item.
Step 9Click 24.
Step 10Click the Filter by Type drop-down list.
Step 11Click the Annual Leave list item.
Step 12Click the Absence Name drop-down list.
Step 13Click the Annual Leave Take list item.
Step 14Click the Reason drop-down list.
Step 15Click the Annual Leave list item.
Step 16Depending on the Absence Name selected, the Current Balance for the Absence Name will be displayed.
Step 17Click in the Duration field.
Step 18Click the Calculate End Date or Duration button.
Step 20The End Date automatically populates the last date of the absence request based on the hours of Duration.
For this example, the employee requested 24 hours or 3 days.
Step 21Click the Forecast Balance button.
Step 22This message is confirming the employee has enough leave to submit the absence request.
Step 23Click the Submit button.
Step 24Click the Yes button to submit.
Step 25Click the OK button.
Step 26After submission, the absence request is routed to the employee's Manager for approval.
