Transferring Performance Documents


Concept

In this topic, you will transfer a performance document to another manager for completion.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "lee.robinson"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Workforce Development menu.

    Step 7
  8. Click the Performance Management menu.

  9. Click the Performance Documents menu.

  10. Click the Administrative Tasks menu.

  11. Click the Transfer Document menu.

  12. The Transfer Document page is used to select the employee and performance document you want to transfer.

  13. Click in the First Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "jennifer"
     into the First Name field.

  15. Click in the Last Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "northcraft"
     into the Last Name field.

  17. Click the Search button.

  18. Click the check box for Jennifer Northcraft.

  19. Click the Continue button.

  20. Click the Select a Manager link.

  21. Click in the Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "connie green"
     into the Name field.

  24. Click the CONNIE GREEN option.

  26. Notice the "New Manager ID" is CONNIE GREEN.

     

    Clicking the Save button completes the transfer.
