In this topic, you will delete a learner group that is not in use.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Enterprise Learning menu.
Step 7Click the Learner Groups menu.
Step 8Click the Maintain Learner Groups menu.
Step 9Click in the Learner Group Name field.
Step 10Click the Search button.
Step 12Click the Test Group link.
Step 13Notice the Group Status field, select Inactive while developing a new learner group or for groups no longer in use.
Step 14Click the Group Status drop-down list.
Step 15Click the Inactive list item.
Step 16Click the Save link.
Step 17You can only delete groups that are not currently marked as In Use.
Step 18Click the Delete link.
Step 19Click the Yes button.
Step 20Click the OK button.
Step 21Click the Home link.
Step 22Click the Sign out link.
Step 23You have completed deleting a learner group that is not in use.
