Deleting a Learner Group


Concept

In this topic, you will delete a learner group that is not in use.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "james.davis"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

  8. Click the Learner Groups menu.

  9. Click the Maintain Learner Groups menu.

  10. Click in the Learner Group Name field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "Test"
     into the Learner Group Name field.

  12. Click the Search button.

  13. Click the Test Group link.

  14. Notice the Group Status field, select Inactive while developing a new learner group or for groups no longer in use.

  15. Click the Group Status drop-down list.

  16. Click the Inactive list item.

  17. Click the Save link.

  18. You can only delete groups that are not currently marked as In Use.
