Deny ADA Accommodation Request


Concept

In this topic you will go through the steps for denying an ADA accomodation request.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "linda.mccabe"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Worklist menu.

  8. Click the Worklist menu.

  9. You can sort the Worklist items by clicking on the headers of each column.

     

    For example: by clicking on the Date From, the items will sort by date.

  10. Click the FormApproval, 41, ADAREQ, 1900-01-01, N, 0, ADA Accommodation Req link.

  11. Click the Go to Form button.

  12. Verify the details of the request.

  13. Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.

  14. Click in the Recommendation field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "Need more information"
     into the Recommendation field.

  16. Click the OK button.

  17. An ADA Accommodation Request may be approved or denied.

    When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.

     

    NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.

  18. Click the Deny button.

  20. Click in the Comment field.

     "The letter should be attached to the form."
     into the Comment field.
