Add a None Compliant UPK Course to a Web-Based Class Component

In this topic, you will add a "None" compliant link to a web-based class component.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "kelly.williamson"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Catalog menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Maintain Classes menu.

   Step 9

10. Click in the Class Code field.

    Step 10

11. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "TEC"
     into the Class Code field.
    Step 11

12. Click the Search button.

    Step 12

13. Click the TEC-1004-2015-11-09 link.

    Step 13

14. Click the Learning Components tab.

15. Click the Add Component button.

16. Click the Web-Based Learning link.

17. Click in the Component Name field.

23. Notice the Compliance is set to "None". This indicates that the content can be set up and launched, but the system cannot retrieve the learners' progress and scores. 

    Step 23

24. Click in the URL/File Path field.

    Enter
     "www.peoplesoft.com"
     into the URL/File Path field.
    Step 25

26. Click the OK button.

    Step 26

27. Click the Save link.

28. Click the Home link.
