Entering Reference Comments


Concept

In this topic, a recruiter will enter reference comments for an applicant. 


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

    Step 1
  2. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "jeffery.qualey"
     into the User ID field.

    Step 2
  3. Click in the Password field.

    Step 3
  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Recruiting menu.

  8. Click the Search Job Openings menu.

  9. Click in the Job Opening ID field.

  10. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "1027"
     into the Job Opening ID field.

  11. Click the Search button.

  12. Click the Judiciary Clerk II link.

  13. Click the ISHA BEAZER link.

  14. Click the Applicant Data tab.

  15. Click the References link.

  16. Here you can edit, add, or request a reference.  In order to request a reference, the applicant must have a primary email address so that the system can send this request. 

     

    Here we will edit the reference with our own comments.

  17. Click the Edit button.

  18. Click in the Comment field.

  19. Enter "Ms. Bowie recommended the applicant for the job." into the Comment field.
