In this topic you will go through the steps for updating and approving a position change request.
Steps:
Click in the User ID field.
Step 1Click in the Password field.
Step 3Click the Sign In button.
Step 5Click the Main Menu button.
Step 6Click the Worklist menu.
Step 7Click the Worklist menu.
Step 8You can sort the Worklist item pages by clicking on the Arrows, First or Last links.
Step 9Click the Last link.
Step 10Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 11Click the FormApproval, 2411, POSCHG, 1900-01-01, N, 0, Position Change Req link.
Step 12Click the Go to Form button.
Step 13Verify the details of the request.
Step 14Click the Vertical scrollbar to move down the page.
Step 15Click in the Job Code field.
Step 16Click in the Salary Plan field.
Step 18Click in the Grade field.
Step 20Click in the Step field.
Step 22Click the OK button.
Step 24A Position Change Request may be approved or denied.
When denying the request, a reason is required in the comment text box.
NOTE: In order to include a comment when denying the request the Deny button must be clicked first. A message will prompt to include a comment. Click the OK button and then enter the comments and click the Deny button again.
Step 25Click the Approve button.
Step 26Click the Home link.
Step 27Click the Sign out link.
