Managing a Component(s) Roster


Concept

In this topic, you will view a class roster and update the attendance for a class roster.


Steps:

  1. Click in the User ID field.

     e.g.
    Enter
     "nancy.kline"
     into the User ID field.

  3. Click in the Password field.

  4. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "welcome1"
     into the Password field.

  5. Click the Sign In button.

  6. Click the Main Menu button.

  7. Click the Enterprise Learning menu.

  8. Click the Learner Tasks menu.

  9. Click the Administer Class Rosters menu.

  10. Click in the Class Code field.

  11. Enter "OPD-1018-2015-09-30" into the Class Code field.

  13. Click the Roster button.

  14. The Class Roster page displays the class details and the class roster.

  15. Click the Class Component link.

  16. Clicking the Class Component link displays the types of class components that are associated with the class and whether a class component is required or not.

  17. Click the Details button for the "Instructor-led Class".

  18. The Component Roster page is where the attendance for the class session should be updated. After the attendance is updated here, the Class Roster page will be updated.

  19. Click the Attendance drop-down list.

  24. Notice the Current Status for MARTY SHORTFALL has been updated to "Completed".
