Run the Direct Reports Tables Build Process

In this topic you will go through the steps of running the direct reports tables build process.

Steps:

1. Click in the User ID field.

   Step 1

2. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "rebecca.west"
    into the User ID field.
   Step 2

3. Click in the Password field.

   Step 3

4. a valid value
    e.g.
   Enter
    "welcome1"
    into the Password field.
   Step 4

5. Click the Sign In button.

   Step 5

6. Click the Main Menu button.

   Step 6

7. Click the Set Up HCM menu.

   Step 7

8. Click the Common Definitions menu.

   Step 8

9. Click the Direct Reports for Managers menu.

   Step 9

10. Click the Direct Reports Tables Build menu.

    Step 10

11. Click the Add a New Value tab.

    Step 11

12. Click in the Run Control ID field.

    Step 12

13. a valid value
     e.g.
    Enter
     "RW"
     into the Run Control ID field.
    Step 13

14. Click the Add button.

    Step 14

15. Click the Build Mode drop-down list.

    Step 15

16. Click the Full - Complete Rebuild list item.

    Step 16

17. Click the Run button.

    Step 17

18. Click the Server Name drop-down list.

    Step 18

19. Click the PSUNX list item.

    Step 19

20. Click the OK button.

21. Click the Process Monitor link.

    Step 21

22. Click the Refresh button.

23. Click the Home link.

24. Click the Sign out link.
